Tickets
Create and manage ticket types for your events
Ticket types define what customers can buy — name, price, quantity, and rules like max per order. Configure them in the event form or on the event Tickets tab.
Where to manage tickets
During event creation/editing: ticket types are in the event form under the tickets section.
After publishing: open the event from Events and use the Tickets tab.
Issued tickets: all sold and allocated tickets appear on Tickets in the sidebar.
Create a ticket type
- Open the event form — create a new event or edit an existing one.
- Add a ticket — add a ticket row and fill in the fields below.
- Save the event — save or publish when finished.

Ticket status
Status controls whether customers can purchase the ticket type. Available values come from the TICKET_STATUS enum in the dashboard (for example, on sale, not yet on sale, sold out).
Free tickets
Set price to 0. No zahls.ch connection is required. Orders complete immediately at checkout.
Paid tickets
Requires Payments to be configured before you publish the event.
Manual ticket issuing
From Tickets you can issue tickets to a customer or sponsor outside of public checkout. Use the issue action on that page.
Internal and comp tickets
For guest lists, sponsors, and staff allocations without checkout, use Internal Tickets on the event detail page.
Check-in validation
At the door, the scanner validates each issued ticket's QR code against event and ticket rules.
Export issued tickets
Export ticket data from Tickets → Export. See Exports.
