Organizations
Create and manage your organization profile on cowtic
An organization is your brand on cowtic. Events, tickets, orders, and payments all belong to one organization.
Organization profile fields
Edit your profile at Settings → Organization:

| Name | Display name (minimum 2 characters) |
| Slug | URL segment for cowtic.com/o/your-slug |
| Bio | Short description |
| Website | Optional URL |
Click Save after changes.
Creating an organization
During onboarding you choose a name and slug. The slug must be unique and use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Team access
Team management is separate from the profile:
- Members — people who already belong to the organization
- Invitations — pending invites and invitation history
Payments
Payment credentials are organization-wide. Connect zahls.ch on the Payments page, not under organization settings.
Switch organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the dashboard sidebar to change context. All events, orders, and data update to the selected organization.
