Discount Codes
Create promotional codes for your events
Discount codes reduce the checkout total when customers enter a code or when a code is set to auto-apply.
Open Discounts
- Go to Events and open your event
- Select the Discounts tab
- Click Create discount
Discount fields
| Field | Rules |

| Code | 3–20 characters; customers type this at checkout |
| Type | Percentage off or fixed amount off |
| Value | Percentage or currency amount |
| Valid from / Valid to | Required date range |
| Usage limit | Optional cap on total uses; leave empty for unlimited |
| Minimum purchase | Optional minimum order total |
| Applicable ticket types | Optional restriction to specific ticket types |
| Active | Enable or disable the code |
| Auto apply | Automatically apply at checkout without customer entry |
At checkout
Customers enter a code on the review page unless auto apply is enabled. Invalid codes return errors such as expired, usage limit reached, or minimum purchase not met.
