Exports

Download orders, tickets, form responses, and attendee data from cowtic for accounting, sponsors, and day-to-day operations.

Export your data as CSV, Excel, JSON, or PDF from several dashboard pages. Custom checkout form answers are always included in order and ticket exports.

Export orders

Location: Orders page — Export button in the header.

Filter: All events or a specific event.

Columns you can include:

Order ID, date, status	Yes
Customer name and email	Yes
Event title, currency, total	Yes
Discounted amount, tickets	Yes
Shipping street, city, zip, country	No

Custom form field columns are always appended.

Export tickets

Location: Tickets page — Export button in the header.

Filter: All events or a specific event.

Columns you can include:

Ticket code, type, price, currency	Yes
Event title, customer name and email	Yes
Status, issued date	Yes
Check-in date, check-out date, scan count	No

Custom form field columns are always appended.

Export attendee emails

Location: Event detail page header — Export emails.

Downloads a CSV with Name and Email for unique customers who hold tickets for that event. Filename format: {event-title}_attendees.csv.

Internal ticket allocations have a separate PDF download (not the global export modal). See Internal Tickets.
