Attendees

See who holds tickets and check in customers from the dashboard

The Attendees tab lists every customer with issued tickets for an event. Use it to see check-in status or manually check in someone from the dashboard.

Open Attendees

  1. Go to Events
  2. Open your event
  3. Select the Attendees tab

What you see

Attendees are grouped by customer. Each row shows:

  • Customer name
  • Email
  • Tickets — count of issued tickets
  • Check-in status — none, partial, or all checked in
  • Actions — check in individual tickets

Search by customer name or email. Results are limited to 100 matches.

Check in from the dashboard

For a customer with one ticket, click Check in. The button changes to Checked in when complete.

For multiple tickets, click View all to open a dialog and check in each ticket separately.

For event-day scanning at the door, use the cowtic mobile app. The Attendees tab is for manual check-in and status overview.

Export attendee emails

From the event detail page header, click Export emails to download a CSV of unique customer names and emails for that event.
