cowtic is free to use as ticketing software. There is no monthly cowtic subscription and no cowtic platform commission on ticket sales. Paid tickets are processed through zahls.ch, a Swiss payment provider.

## cowtic ticketing (self-serve)

- Price: CHF 0 / month
- Platform commission: None from cowtic
- Limits: Unlimited events and tickets
- Features included:
  - Branded event pages and ticket shop
  - Secure payments through zahls.ch (when selling paid tickets)
  - Mobile check-in app (iOS and Android)
  - Revenue, sales, and channel insights
  - Discount codes and affiliate campaigns
  - Team access and permissions
  - Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  - Sponsor management and branded ticket PDFs
  - Internal, sponsor, guest, staff, VIP, and press tickets

## Payment processing (zahls.ch)

- Required for: Paid online ticket sales only
- Not required for: Free RSVP events with no online payment

- Best for: 10,000+ visitors per event, multi-venue seasons, SLAs, custom contracts
- Includes everything in cowtic ticketing plus:
